I have an old floor furnace and didn’t want to throw it away. The replacements last about 15 years. This one had been working since 1926. A reputable plumbing company sent two guys out but they couldn’t fix it and still charged me. Joe came out and I was worried about the price. Was I surprised in a good way! I think it took less than three hours and now my house is toasty. I’m thrilled! As a woman having been in construction before, I appreciated that Joe listened and really understood that I wanted the old heater fixed instead of trying to sell me a new one. On another note, my dog really liked him and I think he is a good judge of character.
